This is coincidental, funny and sad at the same time. Rob Manfred - the Baseball commish - was on TV yesterday extolling his heartfelt rationale for the big three reasons why he thought it was important to 'reinstate' these two for eligibility in the BBHOF, but guess what?
Read in to both of their stories. Neither one was ever deemed 'ineligible' - They were only banned from active participation in the industry and commerce that we refer to as Major League Baseball. At no time were they ever excluded from entry in to the Hall. PLUS - Major League Sports Leagues (NHL, MLB, NFL, NBA, etc.) have embraced sports betting now, so it'd be a bit duplicitous to continue ignoring these two great players, no matter what you might think of them. Juss' sayin'...

And, while we're on the subject of baseball -
Probably the best in the game right now, and he's only 33...

Yesterday, rioters in Los Angeles vandalized unoccupied,
driverless Waymo taxis - graffitiing them, breaking their
windows and setting at least five on fire.
What does that have to do with anything, let alone immigration?

Believers in chemtrails hold that the aircraft vapor trails that criss-cross skies across the globe every day are deliberately laden with toxins that are using commercial aircraft to spray them on people below, perhaps to enslave them to big pharma, or exert mind control, or sterilize people or even control the weather for nefarious motives.

My parents, when we were growing up, were magazine subscription junkies. Lemme try to tell you what we got in the mail. All of these are magazines:
Yankee, LOOK, LIFE, Saturday Eveening Post, Readers Digest, Catholic Digest, National Geographic, Newsweek, Time, Sports Illustrated and Popular Mechanics.
Let's not forget to mention Boy's Life, because all three boys were in Scouting as soon as we were old enough...

I hope this trend doesn't continue. Me and the Missus are going to the UK and Ireland for two weeks in August. That exchange rate is 12% higher that it was last year this time. Gets a little pricey, but I won't be buying smokes over there - they're now like $ 23.00 a pack in the UK. Yup...

So what kind of 'leadership' do you suffer that will allow this shit to happen in public, day after day? I thought LAPD's motto was "To serve and protect", yet they did absolutely nothing - aside from trying to control the size and scope of the mob, but not one finger lifted to dispurse the crowds. Do they not have water cannons out there? Asking for a friend...

At this price - 12 cents a bag - that's 25% cheaper
than at any big box store or supermarket. Take a look.

"Do they not have water cannons out there?"
ReplyDeleteNope!
Water is for smelt only. Save the smelt.
If they had water cannons half of the city would not have burnt up back in January.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see them use the microwave heat ray on these thugs.
ReplyDeleteTHAT will disburse them faster than water cannon...
this is planned event. look for the money behind it all. signs, people and fireworks all cost money, so. who is paying for it all. also again we see skids of bricks appear on the streets- they also are not cheap. who buying them ?
ReplyDeleteand who is dropping them off. find them and start to back track this shit. then you find who paid for them.
then RICO all of them and take everything they have away from them. this is going to get a lot worse as the summer goes on. these assholes are playing for keeps, it past time we started to do the same.
and most of us thought 2020 was bad, now they KNOW they can getaway with this shit.
so, we either put a stop to this or we end up having a civil war here soon enough
That's a great exchange rate for us. See you on Thursday. When you're in Gods country, give Punjana a go if you've not tried it before.
ReplyDeleteThose who don't believe in chemtrails should have their blood checked for jet fuel. Almost EVERYONE has traces of jet fuel
ReplyDeletein their blood. This has been proven over and over again. And yes jet fuel is a toxin.
Why is it that only jets aren't required to have pollution control? You think they don't pollute?
ReplyDeleteSteven Wright is an outstanding comedian. My favorite of his...mostly because I was born by cesarean section is "I was born by cesarean. Basically I'm just like everyone else, except when I leave a room, I have to go out through the window. "
