Cut all trade with China...NOW. Basically everything they sell us is a weapon to be used against us. Reminds me of Larry Niven's Known Space stories about how the Tnuptipun invented things for their telepathic masters, the Thrint. Then one day all the "gifts" turned against the Thrint, and their empire collapsed.
