I've talkled a bit on here about why I enjoy living here in The Villages. Grasping the size of this place is difficult for people who aren't familiar with it, but it is huge. There are over 160,00 people who live here year 'round, and a good percentage of them, like me, are veterans.
It's so cool to drive around any neighborhood here and see that damn near every third house has the little flags out front of the house like I do. It's just a nice, simple way of letting people know that you love your country and are grateful for the sacrifces others have made in our name.
God bless this country, and to all of fellow veterans out there, thank you for your service.
