It's been popular in Florida as far back as anyone can remember, and they even usta run the Daytona 500 on parts of the beach there, but - to me at least - I don't want anything to do with the whole scene.
In this case, Coleson Janey, 33, somehow managed to survive being rolled over by a 61-year-old woman attempting to park her Wrangler on Ormond Beach, where the beachgoer was soaking up the sun Saturday morning, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office. The terrifying ordeal left the Ocala man reeling in agony and forced to undergo emergency surgery.
As if all the shark attacks wasn't enough of a reason to not do the beaches in that area...

If vehicles weren't allowed on the beach then nobody would get run over. Fortunately we don't have these issues.
