I made just over $10k on condo rental last year after expenses. It has been my best year since I bought it 32 years ago. The first 10 years I broke even. I have made a slight profit ever since. My $80k investment is now worth $450k.
ReplyDeleteNothing worse then getting on an elevator with someone who is a heavy smoker. Why should I have to stand there and smell their putrid self all the way home.
