Win. lose or raw, fans in the 'City of Brotherly Love' sure do like to 'mix it up' Philly style...

According to various media reports, two women have been shot during the Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Parade festivities as one million fans descended on the city to celebrate. Shots rang out as the Eagles took to the Philadelphia streets to share their victory with their hometown on Friday.
Gunfire rang out just before 2:30 pm on Friday. On the live video stream of the parade, cops could be seen swarming to the area of the shooting about 1,000 feet from the celebration's stage. Both victims, ages 20 and 27, were shot in the leg, according to local ABC affiliate WHTM.

One woman was shot in the left leg while the other was struck in the upper left thigh, the outlet reported. The two women are reportedly in stable condition. Police are still searching for a suspect and have not yet made any arrests.

  1. When I heard the parade started at 10 today my first thought was "and the riot starts at 10:30." I guess I was right.

  2. NO surprise other than I'm surprised that was all but off course don't forget the "celebration" post game.

  3. Shot in the legs. If you pay attention to old westerns a lot of time the heroes gun will be pointing down and the bad guy will grab his chest.
