Look at the local paper with the tax delinquent properties listed; There are parasites out there who make a lot of money stealing family properties for pennies and flipping them for profit. The local county makes a bit of money upfront and then more after the property is sold, totally wrong! (I'm paying $10K a year in taxes...)
