I wonder what Ed thought of this act...

The Chamber Brothers shattered musical boundaries, combining blues, gospel, rock, and psychedelic to create their own distinctive style. Their eleven-minute song "Time Has Come Today" became their biggest hit, helping define the sound of late '60s rock. This is the shortened version for television.
That was a great time to be a teenager, wasn't it? Here's the full version - I had this album and I'd play it (and In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida) in my basement bedroom every chance I got. Made my father crazy...

  2. Wow. I can remember exactly where I was the first time I heard those two recordings. But I can't remember where I was at two o'clock this afternoon: so much for "Time Has Come Today," huh? (!) Good picks, Giuesepp'! Thanks!
