Luckovich is definetly a leftie cartoonist, but I gotta admit I have no idea what he's trying to say with this one. Anyone? Beuhler? Beuhler?

Is it dressing or is it stuffing? My argument would be if you made the stuff stuffed up a turkey's ass, it's most definitely stuffing.
But - if you do do it that way it's usually undercooked and mushy, so why do it, right? My mother used to make her own with giblets and all kinds other stuff and bake it in a casserole. As a kid I'd eat stuffing sammiches on Wonder Bread with butter. Friggin' awesome.

Luckovich cartoon-- Blue loonies (democrats) on one end and Trump supporters on the other. I guess he is in favor of keeping everyone segregated.
ReplyDeletethey are pissed at each other
ReplyDeleteRed vs. Blue politics at opposite ends of the family table. Seemed pretty obvious to me.
ReplyDeleteOne group voted for Trump.....
ReplyDeleteThe dinner table is showing the divide we have since the 24/7/365 explosion of computers and social networks...

Here in the US we have a Medical Industry not a medical system.

Stuffing come out of the bird and dressing comes out of the casserole dish. I like both! We are just doing a turkey breast this year so no stuffing, just dressing.

One side is wearing blue and the other is wearing red. Political differences as usual.
ReplyDeleteThe drawing of the extended family shows that the left and the right are at opposite ends of the "table", showing how far apart the Left and the Right are politically. Oh, and the loudspeaker shows how the Left expect to be catered to by the right, showing that they are unable to do even the simplest things like feeding themselves.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving!!

Blue shirts and red shirts sitting at opposite ends of the dinner table, the political divide in the country.
ReplyDeleteI get it. Left side is in blue and right is in red and he is showing the divide in philosophy. Or at least that is what I am going with.
ReplyDeleteLuckovich is exaggerating the typical family at Thanksgiving and how they would sit if there was enough room.
ReplyDeleteLukovich cartoon. Since one end of the table is mostly dressed in Blue and the Other is mostly RED. We all gather for Thanksgiving, but we are still separated.
ReplyDeleteFamily divided by politics.
ReplyDeleteDem vs Gop, blue on one end and red on the other, all i get out of it
