ReplyDeleteAsheville is solid liberal blue. The vote worry is probably a wash. And, frankly, if Asheville doesn't get much federal help, I don't give a rip. Let 'em dip into their trust funds. Same applies to several of the other towns- western NC is conservative out in the country, but the university towns are lo far left you can smell the patchouli for miles.
