Once again, I am obliged to inquire, "Where are all of these Tattoo free women coming from?" Certainly not here in our beloved USA where it appears that at least 75% of the women under the age of 60 are now sporting body "artwork". Under what circumstances does this follow a reasonable and well-thought-out decision-making process?
