Put a roof on it, sweep it out, update the plumbing and do some mowing and you will be good to go.
ReplyDeleteWe were in Ireland last March, saw many of these stone cottages in disrepair. Did think of what it would take to buy one and fix it up just so we could vacation there but then reality intrudes. Sigh! We went all over the republic and to Derry in the north, should have had a local guide for Derry, it was difficult to navigate and we did not find where we wanted to go. Maybe next time. ;-)
