The little airline I worked for in 2017 sent 4 19 seat Beechcraft 1900’s to Reno to fly the rich punters in & out of the playa. I went along as the mechanic. Was great fun watching these poofters get off their chartered private jets and into our beat up North Slope Alaskan trash haulers. It was in the upper 90’s, low 100’s everyday and our planes had no AC, they’d been hauling the village’s whale, seal, salmon & caribou meat all summer. To say they were “fragrant” is an understatement….🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
