DeleteAt our boat yard we had 6 lighting strikes last year. 2 hit outriggers & 4 hit sailboat masts. The outriggers were destroyed & 2 of the masts blown in half & turned the step into a puddle of aluminum. When storms come we get the hell off any boat.
