What the hell is the 1:6:90 rule and why haven't we heard about it from Joe?

The 1:6:90 Rule essentially posits that the raw materials required to manufacture one battery electric vehicle could alternatively be used to produce six plug-in hybrids or a staggering 90 hybrid vehicles.
Toyota argues that the overall carbon reduction achieved by these 90 hybrids over their lifetime is 37 times greater than that of a single battery electric vehicle.

  1. Toyota absolute has no clue what they're talking about. They have only 27+ years of experience since they brought out the Prius. It is the politicians and the media that are being told "thou shalt be an expert" just last week, ONLY THEY KNOW IT ALL.

  2. Off topic Joe, but I just saw where one of your guys, Darryl Hall, is going on tour with Elvis Costello and his band. But currently they’re showing no dates in Fla. SST

  3. You haven’t heard of because TPTB don’t want to tell you. There isn’t enough raw material available to replace even a fraction of ICE vehicles. As it is now, we are approaching peak lithium. EVs are a terrible waste of money, time and resources.

  4. This kind of data is meaningless unless they find a way to slip politicians millions of dollars under the table.
