Neither/nor. It provides a simple category ("Liberal") for the decerebrate (unable to think due to disrupted grey matter); it has nothing whatsoever to do with "climate change": as the cartoon points out, if it weren't climate change, it would just be something else.

ReplyDeleteThe history was Climate Cooling, then Climate Warming, then because all dates could not be met they came up with Climate Change. These dates and weather changes have been in effect for thousands of years. Man has little effect on the changes. The sun and planet changes such as volcano eruptions and earthquakes have made big changes.
