What does Joe want to do with YOUR MONEY?

He wants to piss it away trying to buy votes. You know it and I know it, so our only hope is with SCOTUS today. The final step in Biden's efforts to forgive $10,000 in student loans for most borrowers will hang in the balance as the Supreme Court hears arguments in the case today.
Following a series of legal challenges, the nine justices will hear arguments for Biden's plan to eliminate up to $20,000 in federal student loan debt, which could cost taxpayers as much as $400 billion.
The plan, which Biden announced in August, would forgive $10,000 in student loans for individuals making less than $125,000 and married couples making less than $250,000 jointly. That forgiveness would go up to $20,000 if the borrower was a recipient of a Pell grant, which aids students from low-income families.

  3. I guess all those people demonstrating at the Supreme Court need someone to pay their student loans cause it's apparent they don't have jobs. How else could you camp there?

  4. The Pell Grant, back 40 years ago when I applied my parents made $150 too much to qualify. I worked and went to the community college to get my 2 year degree in 2 years plus one extra quarter. I joined the Air Force and when I got out I used my GI Bill to pay for night school while I worked a full time job. I was 30 when I got my BS but along the way I also helped finance my wife getting her Masters and Specialist in education. We paid as we went along.

If they borrowed the money they need to pay it back. I have paid for my wife's advanced degrees, my AA and BS, 2 BS for my two children and a MS for my daughter. I don't need to pay for anybody else's education.
