A Chicago police officer on vacation in Florida is charged with two misdemeanors for allegedly pissing into an ice machine at a beach bar
on St. Pete beach Monday night.
Henry Capouch, 30, is charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct after an employee at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar told police he “dicovered the defendent ‘pissing’ on the ice in the machine” around 12:32 a.m., a Pinellas County sheriff’s deputy wrote in Capouch’s arrest affidavit. The bar is located at the Beachcomber Resort Hotel in St. Pete Beach.
According to the report, the bar employee told police he asked Capouch to stop soiling the ice, but the CPD officer “began verbally cussing the victim and pushed him ‘a couple times’ with both of his hands.'” Capouch also shoved a security guard who saw the incident, the report said.
When sheriff’s deputies found Capouch lounging on the sand with his girlfriend, the five-year Chicago police veteran “was actively resisting, and initially not obeying lawful commands while being detained,” the complaint said. Capouch paid a total of $650 in bail to get out of jail, according to sheriff’s office records.

If there ever was a reason to kick the ever loving shit out of an off duty cop, I'd say this fits the bill....and remember, there's no such thing as cheating in a fight....I give you Butch Cassidy....while you're at it, recruit a few of your buddies to join in the fun....this is the reason hotels provide a slot on the ice machine for your room key.....somewhere along the way, most of humanity stopped progressing towards higher intelligence.....
