ReplyDeleteMy parents had cars from Detroit, and every last one of them was a piece of junk. I've had company cars (Fords), Hondas, and Toyotas. My American built Japanese cars were vastly superior to my parents Detroit vehicles. That said, my BMW was the best built car I've ever owned. It was an absolute pleasure to drive. Maintenance was a small fortune, but the car was truly excellent. If money was less of an object, I would be happy with sticking with BMW.
