Joe didn't do it again, did he? Holy shit - this guy is President?

 
Biden was mocked all over the place on Twitter Friday after yet another gaffe in which the president read speaking directions off of his teleprompter. 'It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who register to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so. End of quote. Repeat the line,' the president said during a White House speech earlier in the day. 

The clip was posted on social media, and is being compared it to Will Farrell's Ron Burgundy being unable to deviate from the script on his teleprompter despite grammatical mistakes and obvious errors.
