The gaffe was reminiscent of last year's tumble where the Biden fell three times while trying to board the plane in Atlanta, with the White House blaming strong gusts of winds for the president's falls (right).Biden, 79, who became oldest American to be inaugurated as president at 78, has garnered concerns over his health as his presidency has been marred with blunders and slips of the tongue.
