I first saw Grand Funk Railroad at Shea Stadium back in 1971. Here we are 51 years later and I'm gonna get to see some version of the band next Sunday - the old guys are still rockin'...

DeleteSaw them in Memphis in the fall of 1970......Humble Pie with a young Peter Frampton opened for them.....loudest band I ever heard at that time....ears rang for a week....great show....
