Looking forward, not back works well in life

It works as well in your everyday
life as it does when you're driving...
Focus more on where you're going, not where you've been.

It's almost that time of year again. We did this all the time when we were kids,
but nowadays a kid would have no idea how great that smell is...

LAKE CITY, Fla. - The Legend lives on.
A Florida man tried to trade in a vehicle from the same dealership he stole it from, police said. Lake City police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at a Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership on Monday. Employees told officers that a man was trying to trade in his vehicle for a new one. But upon checking the VIN number, they found that the vehicle was stolen from the dealership’s lot a few days earlier. The man admitted to stealing the vehicle, police said, adding the crime was captured on the dealership’s camera system.

Eruption on Mount Etna gives the illusion of a Phoenix in the sky.
This is going on on a daily basis. Gotta be scary as fuck
living that close to a volcano that big and that powerful.

The man who was the naked baby on the iconic cover of Nirvana’s 1991 album “Nevermind” wants to bar the band from using the image on 30th anniversary editions of the classic disc. Lawyers for Spencer Elden already sued over the famous image, calling it “child exploitation and violation of privacy,” but now they are pushing for Universal Music to cover up Elden’s genitalia from all future album covers.
Elden has to suffer scorn and unwanted attention every year during the annual anniversary of the release of “Nevermind,” Elden’s lawyer, Maggie Mabie. She said the 30th anniversary of the album release scheduled for this week 'will mean more ridicule for Elden'.

This just doesn't make a whole lotta sense.

I hadn't heard anything about this. In June of 2019, MLB gave the Rays permission to explore playing some of their season in Montreal, a city that has been without a team since the departure of the Expos to Washington D.C. following the 2004 season. The plan involves the Rays holding spring training and the early part of the season in Tampa and the rest in Montreal, with postseason play likely alternating between markets each year.

Good. They should all quit. Everywhere there's a 'mandate' forcing vaccinations for employees, they should all quit. Show these jerkoff politicians they need to shut the fuck up with this vaccine bullshit. I'm not an anti-vaxxer, I'm an anti-mandater. There's a BIG difference.

  1. Our country desperately needs more pols like DeSantis and Abbot, this Biden regime is a train wreck and with my apologies to train wrecks!!
As too the Rays splitting time in Montreal, they'll now be playing in 2 cities where no one gives a fat rat's patootie about baseball. When will MLB realize that the NYC metropolitan area can easily support another team. Put the team in North Jersey and get it over with

Yep our Yanks looked terrific this past weekend, they've got 6 games to go yet

    1. I don't get the move either. As good as they are they can't draw flies in Tampa. Spring training aside, the Sunshine State ain't a baseball state...

  2. Just looked up something now. The yanks got 3 and 3 left with Toronto and Tampa and the BoSox get Baltimore and Wash. Tough road ahead for our boys
