De Blasio sternly warned those flouting the rules they could face a $10,000 fine. Thirty-five states are currently on the quarantine list. It's unclear how de Blasio will check on whether or not people are actually quarantining once they pass the checkpoint.

In my past life I owned a art glass studio that employed 11 people. I did did large leaded glass projects for casinos, hotels, high end residences and a lot of work for Disney all over the country. I have a 1/2 dozen gorgeous windows in Paris Paris. They were huge. Never have been there to see them, they were installed by a sign contractor who subbed that work out to us.
