Vilified is more than a word...

As you get older, you learn to tolerate almost anything. Or almost nothing...

Trump must be ancient by now.

That pretty much covers the kinda press the guy gets, huh?

 A perfect example of the
uselessness of social media.

As kids we were constantly surrounded by bad influences and temptations but we somehow managed to survive...

This just in from the 'WHEN ARE YOU GONNA GROW UP
AND SHUT THE FUCK UP' Department:

There are now calls to boycott Goya Foods
after the company's CEO praises President Trump

Twitter users are calling for a boycott of Goya Foods, a brand most known for its Hispanic-staple food offerings, after the CEO of the company lavished praise on President Trump during a Thursday visit to the White House. Robert Unanue, chief executive of the family-owned operation since 2004, said that the country was "blessed" to have Trump at the helm, during remarks following a roundtable with Hispanic business and political leaders from across the country.

"We're all truly blessed at the same time to have a leader like President Trump, who is a builder," Unanue said during the Rose Garden speech.

Another example of the uselessness of 'social media'. Since when is Twitter a place where the new media looks for story sources?

Robert De Niro's estranged wife Grace Hightower called an emergency hearing after the actor halved her monthly allowance to $50,000, citing loss of income due to COVID-19. De Niro has for 25 years been a partner in the Nobu chain of restaurants and hotels, and he also owns The Greenwich hotel (pictured) in Manhattan.

Hightower's attorneys laughed off suggestions that De Niro's $500 million fortune could be running out, but a judge agreed De Niro could pay her the reduced amount.

I hope he does go broke
the fuckin' jerkoff. Good on him.

Did I just put an ear worm in yer head? If I did, you're as old as I am. I fuckin' hate that song.

At the end of the day, after this recent fuckin' insanity, we will have learned absolutely nothing and gained even less.

Stone Mountain Confederate Memorial, a nine-story-high bas-relief sculpture carved into a sprawling rock face northeast of Atlanta, is perhaps the South’s most audacious monument to its pro-slavery legacy still intact. Despite long-standing demands for the removal of what many consider to be a shrine to racism, the giant depiction of three Confederate heroes on horseback still towers ominously over the Georgia countryside, protected by state law.

The monument - which reopens on Independence Day weekend after the COVID-19 pandemic forced it to close for weeks - has faced renewed calls for removal since the May 25 killing of George Floyd. Calls from who? I haven't heard shit about this, and besides what the fuck does this have to do with that? Gimme a fuckin' break.
