Their fascination with numbers

Just a thought before I get sideways on other shit. If you like what you see here every day, please share the joy with your friends - like on Facebook or Twitter or whateverthefuck other social media shit there is out there. I'm on Facebook - that's all.

Also, remember to bookmark the blog so it's easy to find for yourself.

Thanks again guys

...

Was their ever a time when 'the media' gave a fuck about what WE might want to know about?

I doubt it...

Honestly, does knowing this inform you in any way?
And it's NEVER presented in context.
...

...

Take this fer instance:

There are 330,000,000 people in the United States (that we know of).
This number means that slightly over ONE PERCENT (1%) of the people in this country have contracted this virus. One in a hundred. ONE.

Of that one percent, 12,857 have died (of which we have absolutely no idea how many died from complications of other health factors, do we?)

That means that 12,857 people out of as many as 330,000,000 have been killed. Don't make me repeat myself.

That's .000003896060606060606 PERCENT OF THE POPULATION!

And for this they shut the country down and threaten the economic future of the country for God knows how fucking long. If regular everyday normal street folk like me are idiots, and you factor in the mega-idiots in politics, holy fuck are we doomed.
...

...

...

And the sad reality is that they'll fudge the numbers going forward just to fit their projections.

Fuck 'em all. Every one of 'em.

I got zero use for 'em.
...

I guess it's only a matter of time, right?
...

I don't care so much about what's going on with them.
It bugs the fuck outta me that that cat has a phone and knows how to do selfies.

Gov. Murphy extends N.J.'s coronavirus public-health emergency for 30 days. State of emergency remains in effect.

You can get arrested for this nowadays.

Black Cherry Concentrate does one thing - and one thing only.

It breaks down Uric Acid in your system. It does nothing else.
It doesn't interfere with anything, it has no side effects or contra-indications with other drugs or supplements that I know of.
It does just one thing. It knocks down the severity and frequency of gout flareups. I haven't had one in probably five or so years taking just two of these a day. It's a fucking god-send. Believe me.

Get some here and try it for yourself.
You can thank me later. Click on this:

N.J. nurse who raised $12K, bought coronavirus protective gear for hospital co-workers gets suspended

This is Olga Matievskaya.
Know what she got suspended for?

The hospital suspended Matievskaya for distributing “unauthorized” protective gear. The suspension ended Monday, according to Linda Kameteh, the hospital spokeswoman.

I think they've developed a super-human breed of absolute fuckin' scumbags in NJ.

I'm convinced of it.

Today should be Bernie Sanders' last meaningful day as a presidential candidate

For much of the past five years, Bernie Sanders has either been running for president or talking about running for president, an absolutely remarkable streak of longevity.

That streak, unfortunately for the Vermont senator and his army of supporters, effectively ends on Tuesday with the conclusion of the Wisconsin primary. One can only hope.

After Wisconsin, he's pretty much gonna be toast.

No tee times after 4 p.m. at any golf course in The Villages

That'll certainly cut down on the spread of the virus, right? I swear the fuckin' inmates are running ALL of the asylums lately. Jeez.

Thought you might need that smile.

Howdya think THAT worked out for him?
...

I don't know what to think of this idea.
What do you guys think?

They consider this a 'news story'. How sad.

A luxury-car aficionado on a bender all but totaled his ultra-rare, million-dollar ride when he plowed it into parked vehicles in Hell’s Kitchen, cops said on Tuesday.

Benjamin Chen, 33, was allegedly high on unspecified drugs and speeding his blue 2014 Gemballa Mirage GT south on 11th Avenue around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday when he started treating the limited-edition whip more like a bumper car.

He slammed into a parked and unoccupied white van near West 47th Street, but instead of sticking around to exchange information with the owner, he sputtered off so fast a portion of his hood appears to fly off from the wind, according to cops and video posted to Reddit.

From there, Chen — who lives on West 42nd Street and 11th Avenue — smashed into three other empty parked cars before he was eventually cuffed at West 44th Street, police said.

And there's this completely worthless piecashit:

Rosie O'Donnell on Tuesday told Howard Stern she visited disgraced former attorney Michael Cohen in prison where he apologized for helping President Donald Trump attack her through the years.

Before Trump took office, he  and O'Donnell had one of the most famous feuds in Hollywood and would blast one another through the media on a regular basis. Trump threatened to sue her a number of times.

Talking on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show, O'Donnell said she wrote a letter to Cohen the night Trump was impeached in the House that said she could not help but think he was "paying for what this man did." Cohen, who in 2018 received three years in prison for a series of tax fraud and lying charges, wrote back, she said.

"And so we became pen pals," O'Donnell told Stern. "And then I went to the prison to visit him. But we got to talk, he and I, and I got to ask him every question I had. I was there for six and a half hours, sitting with him, talking to him." She noted she visited him before the coronavirus outbreak.
