Just recently, in Atlantic City, the dooshbag threw a hissy fit after performing with Roseanne Barr at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. He had booked a private room at the trendy and popular Robert’s Steakhouse for himself and 10 'friends'.

The unfunny loudmouth tool sent his steak back twice after bitching loudly — which is what he does best. First one he said was not cooked enough. Second time, too well done. The third time must have been a charm because he inhaled it.

His embarrassed team told kitchen staff, “He always does this.” He's a tool.

Okay, not the politics and especially not the prices of almost everything. In the last 15 or so years, Manhattan real estate prices have been insane. I think it's (the real estate market) finally starting to flatten out a bit

The median sale price (not the 'average') of a Manhattan home dipped below $1 million during the past three months amid the imposition of new taxes on high-end properties, according to a market analysis released on Wednesday.

The $999,950 median price represented a 17% decline compared to the same period last year, CORE Real Estate said.

The number of condo sales also dropped by 8%, to 946, and the largest units — with four or more bedrooms — were the biggest bargains, with both median and average prices down 20%, CORE said.

“The third quarter of 2019 was undoubtedly the most challenging quarter in recent memory, especially for condo sales,” said Garrett Derderian, CORE’s managing director of market analysis.

“Market prices have gone from what was once described as the kindest, gentlest correction to a near free fall. The last time conditions were described in such a way was in the height of the recession.”

Appraiser Jonathan Miller, who prepared a quarterly market analysis for Douglas Elliman Real Estate, said his data showed the median sales price for a Manhattan townhouse fell a staggering 45.8%, to $3.5 million.

Michigan's Demoncrat Congressmonkey. Rashida Tlaib left Detroit’s police chief outraged and insulted after a tour of his department’s new video surveillance facility — by telling him he should only hire black employees to be facial recognition analysts, a report said.

“I think non-African-Americans think African Americans all look the same,” the freshman congresswoman told the city’s top cop, James Craig, during a tour of the department’s Public Safety Headquarters, The Detroit News reported.

“Analysts need to be African-American, not people that are not,” she insisted during the tour, which was open to the press and which left several officials outraged. Craig protested immediately, telling Tlaib that he trusts “people who are trained, regardless of race, regardless of gender.”

Afterward, he told the News, “It’s insulting We have a diverse group of crime analysts, and what she said — that non-whites should not work in that capacity because they think all black people look alike — is a slap in the face to all the men and women in the crime center.”
