Pakistan gave notice to Iran the day after Houthi insurgents launched drone and missile attacks against four cities in Saudi Arabia, damaging oil infrastructure and wounding dozens of civilians. Saudi forces, working with the internationally-recognized government of Yemen, responded with airstrikes and ground action against the Houthis, who captured Yemen’s capital city of Sanaa and much other territory in 2014.
It is time for these guys in that region to pick up the slack. They all know Iran's behind most of the bad guys over there, and yet we're the ones trying to shut them down? Trump had the balls and the will to start this fight - now it'd be nice if their neighbors would finish it. Juss' sayin'...

There's no shortage of raving loony radical muzzies in Pakistan. Or anywhere else in the sandbox.
ReplyDeleteThe war in Iran is incredibly misguided and stupid as a stand alone conflict. People have in their minds the idea that this is a war between the US, Iran and to a certain extent Israel. The reality is that this is a regional conflict that has the potential to escalate.
ReplyDeleteBahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar ,Saudi Arabia and UAE have all been hit. Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iraq. Lebanon, Pakistan, Syria, Turkey and Yemen have been involved in one way or another in negotiations. UK, France and Greece have deployed air defense forces to nearby areas (Cyprus).
20+ countries are already involved in one way or another in this conflict. The longer it keeps going the bigger the chances that the conflict spills beyond Iran.
This war will go down in history as the most misguided/unnecessary war in history
