This year’s HR Derby on Netflix had 5.3M viewers. That is the smallest audience for a HR Derby since 2003. The idea of major sports events on subscriber-based streaming services is dangerous to both the 'network' and the sport. The idea that marketing anything to as broad an audience as possible seems to be lost on these money-grubbing sports people. Ya really think the powers-that-be at Major League Baseball are concerned aboout not having a fan base in 20 years? Think again - they're too myopic for that kinda thinking.

as history has shown us, the last step in any country is always loot it. well, the dollar is as close to worthless as it can get.
and they still printing them non stop. after high school, a new car was between 3500-4 grand off the lot. now they close to 50 grand for a nice car or truck. I stopped keeping money in the bank a long time ago. I keep some cash on hand for whatever. but saving up like I used too. no way anymore. here a thought, if I had any idea ammo was going to go up the way it has. I would have bought it by the skid load ! last year, I swapped a few boxes of ammo for a load of cut and split firewood and the kids where glad as hell about it too. who would have thought a 8 dollar box of hunting ammo would end up costing over 40 bucks today ? they where amazed at the deal and jumped on it. hunting is still a big thing around here.
