Similar to Eastern traditions, thetans are believed to have lived countless past lives and take on new physical forms through a process called "assumption".

L Ron made up Scientology on a bet, as reported by someone who was in the room at the time. A bunch of John Campbell's SF authors were in a bull session talking about the easiest ways to make money and L Ron claimed founding a religion was the most lucrative. One of the other authors fired back "Bullshit. Prove it."... Soon after Dianetics came out and he was off to the races fleecing the sheep with Auditing and getting Clear.

ReplyDeleteit one thing to "start" a religion. but it another thing to have it make money. then there is the tax angle you get to use as well.

and L Ron sold his brand to the rich Hollywood fools with money to burn. then too my uncle told me years ago that LA was full of nuts. just look at how many "trans" people are out there to see it not gotten any better.
