Which military contractor stands to gain the most from the Iran conflict?

Based on early 2026 reports regarding the conflict with Iran, major U.S. defense contractors Lockheed Martin and RTX Corporation (formerly Raytheon) stand to gain the most, driven by high demand for missile defense systems and precision munitions. Northrop Grumman and Palantir are also cited as significant beneficiaries.
Lockheed Martin (LMT): As the largest Pentagon contractor, Lockheed has seen massive gains due to its production of the THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) system used to intercept Iranian missiles and the F-35 fighter jet. The company signed a deal in early 2026 to quadruple production of THAAD interceptors.
RTX Corporation (RTX): Formerly Raytheon, RTX produces the Patriot missile system—widely used to counter missile attacks—and Tomahawk cruise missiles, which were reportedly used in strikes on Iran. The company saw substantial stock price increases due to the surge in demand for these systems.
Northrop Grumman (NOC): Benefited significantly from demand for its stealth bombers (B-21) and electronic warfare capabilities, which are crucial in countering Iranian defense networks.
Palantir Technologies: As a provider of data-analytics and AI software for military intelligence operations, Palantir has seen stock price increases tied to the conflict's intensity.
General Dynamics (GD): Expected to benefit from increased naval activity in the Strait of Hormuz and demand for munition replacements.

Don't get too excited, though - the only way you're gonna make serious money on any of these is to buy them and hold 'em for 20 or 30 years. None of them pay a dividend over 2.0% and Boeing doesn't pay one at all...
