It's the sound of tens of thousands of New Yorkers beating feet out of the Apple. New York City lost more residents than those who moved in last year, according to a new study from the Citizens’ Budget Commission released Monday. The Citizens Budget Commission reported that the city’s overall population declined in 2025.
The study explained further that the population decline is due to the 70% drop in New Yorkers moving to other areas and international migration. According to the study, “Across all income levels, more people moved out of New York City than moved in last year.”
Can you blame 'em? He's promised to raise their taxes, give away the tax dollars he takes from 'em, and piss off and fuck with the Police Force. Why would they stay? The only ones staying are the ones who can't afford to leave. California's suffering the same problem...

a few years ago, I looked into land up in New York state as it was cheaper then PA. then I found out about the TAXES.

there is a very good chance that NYC will a dump inside to 2 years if not sooner. real estate will become very cheap as
more and more people move out. and of those people. over 80% will be major tax payers
Unfortunately we have some from NYC moved into our HOA in North Charleston, SC. They are not conservative and left NY because of money.
