Fighting back with Kash...

I think if we've learned only one thing about this guy since he's taken charge at the FBI, it's that he's tenacious. He fights back when people try to railroad or bullshit him. Now, Kash Patel has filed a $250 million lawsuit against The Atlantic, claiming the publication defamed him in an article discussing his alleged 'excessive drinking'. The article, which appeared last Friday, cites anonymous sources and describes instances of erratic behavior attributed to Patel, including a “freak-out” over being locked out of a computer system. The piece suggests that Patel’s drinking habits have raised concerns throughout the government and questioned the impact of alcohol on his public communications regarding the investigation into Charlie Kirk’s murder.
·Patel vehemently denies these allegations, asserting that The Atlantic ignored the FBI’s statements labeling the claims as “obviously false.” The lawsuit refutes assertions that Patel drinks to intoxication at well-known venues like Ned’s in Washington, D.C., and the Poodle Room in Las Vegas. Following the lawsuit’s filing in Washington, D.C. federal court, The Atlantic maintained its defense of the story, stating they would vigorously contest what they deem a 'meritless lawsuit'.

·This legal action marks the second defamation suit Patel has initiated since his appointment as FBI director. In a previous suit still pending, Patel accused Frank Figliuzzi, a former FBI analyst and MSNBC columnist, of defamation regarding similar claims about his social habits. Both lawsuits are being handled by Jesse Binnall, an attorney noted for representing Trump allies in various legal matters. Kick their asses and take their money Kash. They deserve it, the hateful fucks.

  1. This is the Donald Trump playbook.

Someone publishes something you don't like, you sue them for 1 BILLION dollars (make sure to lace your pinky in the corner of your mouth). There are several possible outcomes
    1. Evidence surfaces that proves the publication was right (Trump's lawsuit against the WSJ over the Epstein birthday card)
    2. The lawsuit gets dismissed because proving malice for a public figure is impossible (Again DJT-WSJ over Epstein birthday card)
    3. The suit moves forward and goes to discovery at which point Patel will settle because the LAST thing he wants is to have to answer questions like: How many jello shoots are too many for an FBI Director? Hos many times per week did you have a drink? How many times did you attend the Poodle Room in Las Vegas?. Not to mention that Poodle room security camera footage would also be subpoenaed. Again look at the DJT-WSJ lawsuit. A judge dismissed the suit and DJT is happy letting it die. The last thing DJT wants is go into discovery and find himself having to answer questions about the nature of his relationship with Epstein, why he drew the card and what are some of the enigmas referenced in the card!

This, like many MAGA acts, is all performance to look tough and intimidate other publications that may think about publishing unflattering stories. This will never get to court. Patel doesn't want this to make it to pre-trial discovery. And even if he wanted, Patel has no chance of winning this lawsuit.

    2. Ah yes, good old "anonymous" sources aka how to legitimize attacks on your political opponents. The lawsuit will either get the rag to reveal their source or issue a retraction/pay some cash.

Still, as other noted, I would love to see some arrests at some point.

  2. Well, at least he isn't wasting his time doing a good job. ARRESTS??? PROSECUTIONS??? Crickets....

  3. I hope he wins but I doubt it. General Flynn only got a few million after they destroyed him. It should have been 250 million. Sydney Powell and Giuliani I don't think ever have or ever will get the millions they are owed. And don't forget what they did to Roger Stone. For what they did to Trump they should have to pay a billion. FROM THEIR OWN DAMN POCKETS!

  4. I just wish he would do his job and arrest some traitors.

  5. The Atlantic said they confirmed with NINE separate sources on Pajeet's drunken behavior. Pajeet is gonna lose that lawsuit.

    1. Nine separate "anonymous" sources "confirmed" by the accuser. Sure. Sounds as legitimate as Dr. Christine Ford.
