What they do - if they're having a bad day down at the cop shop - is go in to a bar - any bar - and just arrest people for having a buzz on. They don't even have to breathalize the drunk - they just cuff and take 'em to the pokey. Remind me to do my drinking at home if I ever decide to move there. Juss' sayin'...

Was Lucky in the early days. Decided to to just stay at home from then on. Never arrested for anything. last traffic violation was in 1988. Thrown out of court because the cop was fired. Stay Frosty!
