Hansen Bay Beach, also known as Vie's Beach, is a popular, privately-owned spot on the East End of St. John (USVI) famous for its calm, clear waters, excellent snorkeling (turtles, rays, fish), white sand, and palm-tree shade, offering rentals (kayaks, floats) and amenities like clean bathrooms, often operating on donations for extras like chairs and canopies. It's a secluded paradise, perfect for families, with optional rentals and a great escape from crowds, though it requires bringing your own food/drinks and some cash for donations.
