Laughing Philadelphia worker ‘intentionally’ plows snow onto parked cars after Winter Storm...

A Philadelphia snowplow driver recorded himself “intentionally” dumping piles of heavy snow on top of residents’ cars as he drove through the city streets, laughing at his jerked-off deed. The driver, who was only identified as a city worker with the Department of Sanitation, launched his expletive-filled video after Winter Storm Fern dropped over 9 inches of snow in the area on Monday.
“If your car look like this, just go and head the f–k back in the house. Just go in the house. Ain’t no need for you to be outside today,” the driver shouted, while maniacally laughing, according to video obtained by NBC Philadelphia on Thursday.
“If I can’t drive, you bitches can’t drive,” he shouted in the video. Yeah, there is a special place in hell reserved for this jerkoff Brutha. Juss' sayin'...

    1. City "worker", he riding shotgun, not really doing anything but filming and being "typical".

  2. This goes on everywhere all the time especially after you just got done shoveling. Even in the mountains of Colorado the grader operators would pile snow up on the end of my dirt driveway.

  4. He may be a jerk for laughing about it, but he's plowing snow; where else would he put it?

  5. If there was ever a case for retribution, this jerk makes it. I hope he was dumb enough to provide identifying details.

  7. here a fun fact. after I left that shithole city, I got a letter in the mail wondering why I left ? no shit. guess they where worried about their tax base leaving that shithole or something ? well, one reason is I am not black. blacks run that shithole and have for the last 30 plus years. ask anyone who ever lived there. there is a reason why there are no factories
left there. between worker comp and outright theft . what's the point ? and if you ever have a run in with the law. well.
wish you luck pal. the cops are not on your side. and forget the courts. jury duty is a nightmare.
and you average asshole is even worse than you can image. YUP. they will fuck your shit up if there is no way for them to steal it, and then there is the not so small matter of shoplifting. yeah. the average "lost" is over 5-6 grand a month.
and that is the real reason why supermarkets close in the cities. just not worth it.
and the sad part is, it once was a great city. stores all over the place with just about anything you might want too.
K&A used to be a main shopping hub with factories on the side streets. but all of that started changing in the 1960-70's
by 1980. most of the factories where closed. never to reopen. and if the big colleges closed down, it will be a ghost town inside of a year. yup. Temple, U of Penn. Jeff all have their own police force. THEY have too. sending your kid there amounts to sending them to face the lions. the thugs of Philly live off what they can steal from them.
do not believe the "crime stats" as they have cooked the books for years there.

    1. This is true of every blue run city. Once is is run by the black mayor and council forget about it. Corruption and graft run rampant. Civil service jobs are predominately blacks. The courts let the criminals run free.
I wish the south would have picked their own cotton.

  9. I worked roads for 25 years. I too would plow snow up near cars. The statement was made earlier, where is the snow supposed to go? As for the grader filling ones driveway, I tried to minimize it but, a 25 mile round trip in a grader trying to keep up with the snowfall leaves little time to be accommodating. The longest stretch, 18 hours straight running a grader. I would tell all who complained, everyone gets their half.
