ReplyDeleteCalifornia gasoline is partly more expensive because they have their own requirements for air pollution issues, so their gasoline is specifically produced for that state. I don't think gasoline made in any out of state refinery meets their requirements.

ReplyDeleteCostco has the highest rated gasoline out of all gas resellers. Sam's is near the very bottom in quality gasoline.
ReplyDeleteFascinating news about the AI "girl". I had no clue that familiar cutie was AI generated. A friend sent me song last week that his nephew wrote and used some AI program to add the music and vocals (two sweet sounding country girls). All the song needed was promoting and marketing and it could be next chart topper. I too am afraid AI is "going to ruin every damn things".

ReplyDeleteWe live in the North/East area of California. My Ladyfriend and I recently went on a 2 week road trip around the West coast. I needed Diesel for the truck and unfortunately I was out in the "Lost Coast" area of CA. Poor planning on my part. I filled the truck using my fleet card so no price was posted on the pump. I got the bill and found that I paid $7.59/gallon for it. I'm now installing an oversized fuel tank in the truck and mapping out the Indian Casino gas stations for my next excursion in January. FGN and F CA.
ReplyDeleteGas has been pretty steady up here all year, running between 3.55 & 3.99 depending on where you look. One pair of stop & steals within a couple hundred yards of each other have a 40 cent a gallon difference in price.
