From an article in today's Post - This didn’t quite hit the funny bone for Chevy Chase. The comedian, 82, revealed that being excluded from “SNL50: The Anniversary Special” was a hurtful moment. “Well, it was kind of upsetting actually,” Chase said in the upcoming CNN documentary, “I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not.”
“This is probably the first time I’m saying it. But I expected that I would’ve been on the stage too with all the other actors. When Garrett [Morris] and Laraine [Newman] went on the stage there, I was curious as to why I didn’t. No one asked me to. Why was I left aside?”
Lemme tell ya why, you unfunny fuck. You've alienated everyone you've ever worked with, your ego makes Trump look like a Jesuit, and you were somewhat funny on SNL when you were surrounded by a dozen people a dozen times more talented than you could ever dream of being. One more thing? You have sucked in every movie you've ever made, with no exceptions. Yeah, and telling Lorne Green to go fuck himself probably wasn't your shining moment, either. Suck an egg and just fuckin' disappear, ya jagoff. Juss' sayin'...
Community is a mildly funny show on Netflix. Chase was on it briefly and thought he was the star. He openly offended the rest of the cast and crew so badly he just disappeared. Addition by subtraction if you ask me.
