This whole thing is nuts.. How the fuck does anyone get so crazed that he'd kill his own father and step-mother, especially in such a gruesome way as this? The guy's obviously another spoiled brat rich Hollyweird kid who's been fucking around with drugs his whole life. in and out of jail and rehabs, but what would drive a person to do something so heinous? It boggles the mind.
Even though Reiner was an over-the-top DTS Trump hater, I admired his talent and his body of work. Sad to say, I'm kinda disappointed in the President's response to this. He really didn't need to go as far as he did. Juss' sayin'...

ReplyDeleteProbably better ignored, but I haven't been attacked judicially, had my family attacked, had people try to murder me, and called Hitler, child molester and other slurs too numerous to mention. Trump's words can't hurt Reiner now. That's as worked up as I'm going to get.

ReplyDeleteFocus should be on the dangers of drugs, and how heart wrenching it is to have a child consumed by them. It would even be a good time to rail against drugs and what they do to families. A lady I knew was killed by her son and grandson who were looking for money for their next drug fix.
As far as I can see there appears to be two approaches. One is to make the drugs unobtainable (we tried that, it doesn't work). The other is to let them have all the drugs they want. Probably a great way to have the drug user die. Not a great option for the parents. At this point, I'd be open to hearing other approaches.

ReplyDeleteHe didn't HAVE to chime in. He could have just stayed quiet. Trump is not only mocking Reiner but he is blaming him for his own murder. Trump implies that Reiner's TDS made someone kill him.
MAGA lovers will approve of his tweet but things like this make most people recoil. With the midterm elections around the corner it is not a good idea to antagonize people for no reason
