Recently read about receivers used to locate trackers. Article told of (mostly peaceful Obama sons) prowlers who walk past cars with trackers, waiting to get a hit. When receiver alerts, Obama sons know that car has trackers, computers, phones or other valuables. No tracker detected? Move along until they get a hit.
