There's a lot of good - and bad things you can say about San Fran. I've been there a couple of times, back when it wasn't so dangerous and so filthy. Certainly the best sour bread I've ever tasted, but nowadays there ain't much to talk about out there.
One thing I am truly puzzled about, though. I know ya gotta be just a little stoonod to live there with all the hills and shit, and driving is a fuckin' nightmare in the city, so I gotta ask. The “citywide” outages forced Waymo to halt its driverless car service, stranding the autonomous vehicles in the middle of the streets.
How fuckin' crazy - or just stupid - ya gotta be to get in a taxi that there's no friggin driver in? Even Jim Ignatowski wouldn't get in one.
Sure, I have some faith in elevators, but that's contained robot shit - and proven technology. Driving around in a robot car? GTFOH. Juss' sayin'...
