Overuse won't weaken THOSE muscles, thank God...

Yes, a feeling of the vagina becoming "looser" with age is a common concern, primarily due to the weakening of pelvic floor muscles and the effects of reduced estrogen, especially after childbirth and during menopause. This can lead to vaginal laxity, which may be improved through exercises like Kegels, hormonal therapy, or surgical procedures to strengthen the pelvic floor and restore elasticity.  The pelvic floor muscles surround the vagina. These may weaken over time, which can cause a feeling of loosening in the vagina. These muscles can eaasily be repaired with proper exercise. Don't ask me what those exercise might be.

After childbirth or as a person grows older, the muscles around the vagina may weaken. However, this is not always permanent because the elastic muscles of the vagina can stretch and return to their usual shape.
Thank god for small miracles, I guess.

  1. Reminds me of Gal Gadot and Isla Fisher's dressing room scene in "Keeping Up With The Joneses."

Tidy up or pay the fiddler...

This house is about four blocks from my house, and, yes, it is a shithole. A Villager has been given one week to remove debris from his prop...
