Regarding the song, "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere," here's a short blurb from Wikipedia: "Jim "Moose" Brown wrote "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" with Don Rollins ... The title lyric was inspired by a teacher who worked with Rollins."
That teacher was a high school band director, Jim Blacksher, who was my band director from 6th grade through 12th grade, in Cleveland, Texas. He was such a cool dude, and a phenomenal band director. Unfortunately, he died a few years ago.
