Johnstown was NOTAa civil engineering disaster. It was yet another rich a-hole mass murder of folks because they didn't want to take responsibility for the maintenance of their own dam. And of course because they owned and controlled the local government, they got away with murder...as they ALWAYS DO! No issues with the rich...just when they use the power, violence, and legal protections of government to protect themselves from accountability for their crimes.
