Been thinking about this all day. A blogger theorized that Blackrock lobbed this grenade to crush the stock value. Blogger theorized that Blackrock will then buy Cracker Barrel stock at the bottom, then increase shares by rejecting the homo stuff and blaming someone else. This morning I was suspicious. Ten hours later I think the blogger may have been right.
