Recent statements made by him - and others around him - indicate that Tim Walz, the current Governor of Minnesota and the Democratic nominee for Vice President in the 2024 election, have asserted that he will not run for president in 2028.
Walz's current political plans focus on potentially seeking a third term as Minnesota Governor in 2026, according to a recent interview with the Black Hills Pioneer. He also explicitly ruled out running for the open U.S. Senate seat in Minnesota in 2026, Axios noted in February 2025.
Despite his statements, some commentators still consider Walz a potential future presidential candidate, especially given the open nature of the 2028 Democratic primary. He recently attended a Democratic event in South Carolina, a key early-voting state in the presidential primary process.
So - what is it Guv - ya in or not? These are the kinda bullshit scenarios they create to draw attention to themselves. It gets old, Tim...

MEREV 8? Nope, I use MERV 13 or higher. If I buy a pack of 4 at the local hardware store it works out to $6 a filter. I have 2 returns and change them out every 6 months. There is no dust buildup at 6 months. They look just as clean as the new ones. BTW: My AC system is 7 months old and they cleaned the air ducts on my 22 year old house with the install of the new system. I am averaging $80 to $90 a month less power bills on AC this year over last year. Heating is better. The new system will pay for itself in 6 to 7 years. Now I have got to do something about my 15 year old 80 gallon water heater.
