Our barbecue and fireworks were a complete bust yesterday.
Rained heavy from 5:00pm until after midnight.
Time for plan B...

I don't mind rain on July 4th evenings because the suburbanites living in housing developments who buy high powered fireworks for "agticultural" use set them off indiscrinately and the burning embers land in our yards, pools and worst of all, on our roofs.
