We may have more 'Florida Men' than we need, but it's still pretty safe here...

Despite common perceptions, Florida is not ranked as the most dangerous state in the U.S. based on crime rates, according to a recent analysis by Forbes Advisor. Property Crime Rate: 20 states experience more reported property crimes than Florida, with New Mexico having the highest rate.
Violent Crime Rate: 16 states experience more reported violent crimes than Florida, with Alaska having the highest violent crime rate. Florida's violent crime rate is below the national average and ranks around the middle among all states.
At the other end of the scale, New Mexico has the highest total crime rate per 100,000 people, 65% above the national average. Tennessee has the second-highest total crime rate, followed by Nevada, Arkansas, and Kansas.

  3. What does New Mexico have lots of? Latinos, Indians and crooked politicians. Not racist. Just truth.

  4. MEMPHIS (followed by Nashville) has the highest crime rate. The rest of Tn is pretty low. Memphis is of course mostly black, and Nashville is Democrat.
