Those jerkoff Iranians are showing us a classic example of why we should be 'energy independent'...

Brent crude oil, the international standard, jumped 3.9% to $80 a barrel on Sunday, while US crude rose 4.3% to $77 a barrel.
The conflict between Israel and Iran has sent oil prices yoyoing over the past week, which in turn has caused seesaw moves for the US stock market, because of rising and ebbing fears that the war could disrupt the global flow of crude. Iran is a major producer of oil and also sits on the narrow Strait of Hormuz, through which much of the world’s crude passes.
They don't have many options to fight back against the US and Isreal, so, fuck it, why not try and piss off the entire planet while you're at it? Let's see where the chips fall on this one...

If you like well-written, hard-hitting
spy novels (most of which involve Arab countries and terrorists)and you've
never read any of Vince Flynn's Mitch Rapp series,
take my word for it. These are great.
I've read every one...

  2. No sweat. Trump just announced a cease fire (the crazies would have had a hard time; most of the frontage of the Straits is Qatari and the US 5th Fleet is conveniently situated).

    1. The cease fire has already been broken. You can't go on anything Trump says.

This house is about four blocks from my house, and, yes, it is a shithole. A Villager has been given one week to remove debris from his prop...
