Not surprisingly, Kagan was against nationwide injunctions (under Biden) before she was for them (under Trump).

Sotomayor is playing to the base- freedom of religion and the right to bear arms are explicit in the Constitution, the bastardization of the 14th A to create birthright citizenship is almost as bad as the original Roe. She is an embarrassment.
